DOJABA and DOJ GEN Event: Pathways to Leadership for Black Women featuring Kristen Clarke

Join the DOJ Association of Black Attorneys (DOJABA) and the DOJ Gender Equality Network (DOJ GEN) on Wednesday, September 29th from 12:30 -1:30 pm EDT in a moderated discussion with Kristen Clarke, the first Senate-confirmed Black woman to lead the DOJ Civil Rights Division. Hiring and recruitment decisions made today will impact diversity in the leadership pipeline for years to come. The time for action is now: AAG Clarke will discuss actions America’s workforce should take to pave more robust pathways towards diversity in leadership, and the roles of allies in being agents for inclusivity and change.
