DOJABA Recommendations on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Measures

DOJABA has issued its recommendations on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) measures at the Department.  As the first affinity group created at the Department, it’s important for us to advocate for Department-wide mechanisms to ensure that DOJ’s workforce is inclusive and develops meaningful and sustainable measures to recruit, retain, support, and otherwise enhance the work environment for Black attorneys and staff.  DOJABA’s DEI recommendations are attached and can also be accessed here.  We are actively working to promote these recommendations.
