OPM Equity Focus Groups - Seeking Participants

In accordance with President Biden’s Executive Order on Advancing Racial Equity and Support for Underserved Communities Through the Federal Government, we are pleased to invite you to participate in a focus group discussion hosted by the Equity Team at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM).

OPM is conducting four focus group discussions for various stakeholders and federal employees, as indicated below, to specifically seek your experiences and consultation around how you select a Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) healthcare plan and how you think about your retirement readiness. Your input will help inform our equity assessments in these areas, and help us improve these processes for federal employees.

Tuesday, July 13
3:00 – 5:00 pm Eastern Time
Target Focus Group Participants: Federal employees who identify as a Person of Color
We invite federal employees who identify as Black, Latino, Indigenous, Alaska Native and Native American persons, Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders and other persons of color who are currently enrolled in FEHB and have selected a health care plan in the last three years (either enrolled for the first time or switched their plan) or are considering switching their plan, and have retirement coverage under the Federal Employees Retirement System (FERS).
