Seeking Volunteers for DOJABA’s Constitution and Bylaws Committee

DOJABA’s Constitution and Bylaws Committee is seeking volunteers to assist with efforts to update and streamline provisions of DOJABA’s operating documents.  Key issues are (i) virtual meetings, (ii) electronic voting, (iii) extending regular membership to individuals outside of the D.C. metro area, (iv) requiring a D.C. duty station to serve as DOJABA Chair or Vice-Chair, (v) voting privileges for retired Department attorneys, (vi) timing of DOJABA elections, and (vii) formalizing an Assistant United States Attorney Representation Committee.  The next committee meeting is scheduled to be held on September 23, 2021 at 11:00 AM (EST).

If you have any questions or would like to serve on the committee (non-attorneys and attorneys are encouraged to participate), please contact the Parliamentarian, Vivieon Jones (Vivieon.K.Jones@usdoj.gov).
