TIFFANY GILLIS BROWN

Tiffany Gillis Brown is a Legal and Policy Analyst with the Civil Rights Division’s Policy and Strategy Section. Tiffany first joined the Department back in 2014 as a Paralegal Specialist in the Antitrust Division. In 2016, she returned to work in the private sector and then joined the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), performing legislative and regulatory analysis in both roles. She returned to the Department in 2021, stepping into her current position. Tiffany graduated with her Juris Doctor from the George Washington University School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from Duke University.
