DAVENÉ WALKER

Davené Walker is an Immigration Judge at the Hyattsville Immigration Court for the Executive Office for Immigration Review. In this role, Judge Walker safeguards our nation through the proper application of immigration laws and provides refugee protection or lawful status to those who are eligible for relief. She previously served as a Senior Attorney in the Environment and Natural Resources Division at the Department. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies and Afro-American Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia.
