DOJABA DAY 2021 on Friday, Feb. 26, 2021

DOJABA is excited to sponsor its fifth annual DOJABA Day on Friday, February 26, 2021 from 12:00-3:00 PM ET via ZoomGov. This signature event in honor of Black History Month is for members of the National Black Law Students Association. Usually we host DOJABA Day in person for local BLSA chapters, but this year we are opening the event to BLSA students nationwide since it is being held virtually! DOJABA Day is a professional development workshop that includes: (1) an information session from OARM on pursuing career opportunities at DOJ (e.g., through law internships, the DOJ Honors Program, and lateral hiring); (2) résumé review and interview preparation workshops; and (3) networking with DOJABA members from various DOJ components.

Please use this Eventbrite link where DOJABA members can volunteer and students can register: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/dojaba-day-2021-registration-140742848649.

If you would like a copy-and-paste invitation you can use to invite your alma mater’s BLSA chapter, law student-related organizations, etc., and/or, if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact DOJABA Attorney Recruitment and Professional Development Committee Chair, Roberta O. Roberts, at Roberta.O.Roberts2@usdoj.gov.
