Kim Easterling

Kimberly S. Easterling is a Senior Attorney for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). In her current capacity, she advises multiple ATF components in the areas of federal firearms laws, federal explosives laws and arson. She also trains local, state and federal law enforcement and prosecutors in the areas of arson and explosives. Prior to joining the ATF, Ms. Easterling was an Assistant United States Attorney in the Middle District of Georgia. Prior to joining the Department of Justice, she was an Assistant District Attorney in Augusta, Georgia. Ms. Easterling graduated from Fordham University with a degree in Political Science and Spanish. She received her Juris Doctor from Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law.
