Jordan Harvey is an Assistant United States Attorney with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Virginia. Before joining the Department of Justice, Jordan practiced at a large law firm in Washington, D.C. following clerkships for judges on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Jordan received an undergraduate degree in political science from Brigham Young University and a law degree from The George Washington University Law School.
