VINCENT SHULER


PARLIAMENTARIAN

Vincent Shuler an Assistant Director in the Consumer Protection Branch of the Department of Justice’s Civil Division in Washington, DC.  Before joining the Department in 2019, he spent 20 years as an Army officer and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel.  Originally commissioned in the Field Artillery Corps, he joined the Army Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps in 2006, where he went on to serve in a number of positions to include prosecutor, defense attorney, and criminal law professor over a 13-year period. 

 A native of St. Matthews, South Carolina, Vincent received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of South Carolina and his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law. He also received Master of Laws degrees from both The Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center & School and The George Washington University School of Law.
